Rebranding a legacy real estate association for a broader region stronger future

CHALLENGE
Known as LBAR for more than a century, the association had outgrown a Lexington-centered identity and needed a brand that better reflected its reach across Central and Southern Kentucky.

INSIGHT
This was more than a name change. The brand needed to feel more inclusive, more distinctive, and more representative of the members and communities it serves.

IDEA

We partnered with leadership and committees on a comprehensive rebrand, including renaming, repositioning, and a redesigned identity system that carried across print, digital, environmental, and member-facing touchpoints.

IMPACT
The launch of Bluegrass REALTORS® established a more modern and welcoming brand, helping unify the organization and strengthen its presence across the region.
